Rain Check Policy
• If it rains within 90-minutes of your Single Day 1-Park Pass purchase, upon your request, we will issue you a Rain Check to
come back another day of your choice.
Prices, Promotions, Discounts and Rides
• Prices, promotions, discounts, and rides are subject to change without notice.
Discount Policy
• Discounts cannot be used on already discounted items, or combined with any other coupons or discounts. One discount or
coupon per transaction.
Fun E-Cards
• A Fun E-Card is a rechargeable, non-refundable card that can be used for in-park purchases. Fun E-Cards can only be
purchased at one of our parks. Fun Spot is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen cards. Fun E-Cards may be revoked
at any time at the sole discretion of Fun Spot without a refund if misused or abused. Participant must be in compliance with
all attraction rules and warnings. Fun E-Cards can be used for single rides, arcade games, food & beverage and retail
purchases. Fun E-Cards never expire and can be used at any Fun Spot America Theme Park. They cannot be used to
purchase Season Passes, Single Day Passes (Fun and Mega Fun Pass), Sampler Passes, Chauffeur Passes, or Gift Cards.
Age, Height, and Weight Restrictions
• Height and weight restrictions apply on all rides.
• Some rides may require that a guest meet a minimum height requirement in order to ride, with or without an adult over
the age of 18-years old.
• Please be advised that not all attractions may be operational on the day of your visit and may close for climate related
conditions.
• Please confirm hours of operation and height restrictions on our website before you visit.
• A responsible adult must accompany children under the age of 18-years old while in the park.
• In the interest of public safety, management reserves the right to refuse admission, ride participation, and/or may escort
guest off property with no refund for violation of Fun Spot America park Rules, Regulations, and/or Guidelines.
Safety Procedures / Policy
Fun Spot America’s motto is SAFE-CLEAN-FUN! Please take the time to read and understand the rules of riding our rides within our
park. All Ride Rules – Risks – and Reminders are clearly posted at the entrance of each ride attraction. Go-Kart participants please
understand that all drivers and passengers are riding at their own risk. Protective headgear and eye goggles are available upon
request at the entrance of each go-kart track. Participant must be in compliance with all attraction rules and warnings and Florida
Ride Responsibility Act ASTM F770, Section 5, which states: “There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any amusement
ride, devise, or attraction. Patrons of an amusement rides, device, or attraction, by participation, accept the risks inherent in such
participation of which the ordinary prudent person is, or should be aware. Patrons have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in
a responsible manner while using the amusement ride, device, or attraction and to obey all oral or written warnings, or both, prior
to or during participation, or both.”

Terms of Use Statement:
Online purchases of Single Day 1-Park Pass and 3-Park Season Pass may be redeemed at either Fun Spot America –
Orlando (5700 Fun Spot Way, Orlando, FL 32819), Fun Spot America – Kissimmee (2850 Florida Plaza Blvd. Kissimmee,
FL 34746) or Fun Spot America – Atlanta (1675 Hwy 85 North, Fayetteville, GA 30214) locations. Souvenir Cup Vouchers
may be redeemed at either Fun Spot America Orlando, Kissimmee or Atlanta.
• Single Day 1-Park Passes are valid the date the vouchers are redeemed; Single Day 1-Park Passes are void if
removed, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Violation of Fun Spot America park and ride rules may result
in forfeiture of all ride privileges with no refund.
• Single Day 1-Park Pass and Souvenir Cup Vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers do not expire.
• 3-Park 2023 Season Pass Vouchers are valid through December 31, 2023.
Shipping: Fun Spot America does not ship tickets. Please be sure to print your online vouchers upon purchase
or you may show the email confirmation tickets page on your phone and present at the admissions ticket
window upon your arrival.
