With over two decades of people operations experience, Justina served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fun Spot America Theme Parks since September 2023. They hold a SHRM-CP certification and a BAS in Business and Organizational Leadership. As a servant leader, Justina is dedicated to fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance. They are responsible for driving key HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals, including talent management, employee relations, and performance optimization. Before joining Fun Spot, Justina made a significant impact at Publix Super Markets and F.I.R.S.T. Institute where they managed and motivated large, diverse teams across multiple roles. They spearheaded innovative cross-training programs, and consistently exceeded performance targets, all while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
