Fun Spot America Spring Break Season Pass Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  2. SPONSOR
    The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fun Spot America Theme Parks (“Sponsor”), with locations in Orlando, FL; Kissimmee, FL; and Fayetteville, GA.
  3. ELIGIBILITY
    The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fun Spot America Theme Parks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
    Void where prohibited by law.
  4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
    The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) weekly entry periods:

    • Week 1: March 1 – March 7
    • Week 2: March 8 – March 14
    • Week 3: March 15 – March 21
    • Week 4: March 22 – March 31

    Sponsor reserves the right to adjust weekly entry deadlines if necessary.

  5. HOW TO ENTER
    During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:

    1. Visiting the official Sweepstakes landing page.
    2. Completing the entry form with required information (including full name, email address, zip code, and any other required fields).
    3. Submitting the form.

    Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be void.

  6. PRIZE
    One (1) winner will be selected each week during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of four (4) winners. Each winner will receive:

    • One (1) Fun Spot America Season Pass valid at all three Fun Spot America parks (Orlando, Kissimmee, and Fayetteville).

    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $129.95 at register or $119.85 online.

    Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
    Each weekly winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. Drawings will occur on or about the Monday following each weekly entry period. Winners will be notified via email using the address provided at entry. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  8. ODDS OF WINNING
    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly entry period.
  9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
    By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, network failures, human error, or any other issues that may affect entry submission or winner notification.
  12. GOVERNING LAW
    Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
