Dogs Are Welcome at Fun Spot
At Fun Spot, we know dogs are family. That’s why well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you while you enjoy our parks.
Whether you’re taking family photos, enjoying a stroll through the midway, relaxing at a picnic table, or simply spending time together, we’re happy to welcome your four-legged family member at our Kissimmee and Orlando locations.
To help keep everyone safe and ensure all guests have an enjoyable visit, please review our pet policy before arriving.
Dogs Are Welcome If They Meet These Requirements
- Dogs must remain on a physical leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times.
- Dogs must remain under the control of their owner or handler at all times.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please bring waste bags and dispose of pet waste in designated trash receptacles.
- Dogs must be healthy, properly vaccinated, and free of contagious illnesses.
- Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct is not permitted.
Where Dogs Are Allowed
Leashed dogs are welcome in most outdoor guest areas, including:
- Walkways and midway areas
- Outdoor games
- Picnic tables and outdoor dining areas
- Designated photo opportunities
- Outdoor seating areas
Please be courteous to other guests and keep your dog close to you while visiting.
Where Dogs Are Not Allowed
For the safety of your pet, our guests, and our team members, dogs are not permitted:
- On rides or attractions
- Inside ride queues when requested by park staff
- In any restricted or employee-only areas
- Anywhere posted with “No Pets”
Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Service animals must remain under their handler’s control at all times. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Safety Guidelines
For everyone’s safety, please:
- Never leave your dog unattended.
- Do not tie your dog to fences, benches, railings, or attractions.
- Ensure your dog is comfortable around crowds, children, music, and other dogs.
- Bring water for your pet, especially during warm Florida weather.
- Follow all instructions from Fun Spot team members.
Restricted Dogs
Fun Spot reserves the right to deny entry to or require the removal of any dog that:
- Displays aggressive or threatening behavior.
- Cannot be safely controlled by its owner.
- Creates a safety concern for guests or employees.
- Is visibly ill or injured.
- Violates any portion of this policy.
Fun Spot may also refuse admission to any dog prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Owner Responsibility
By bringing a dog onto Fun Spot property, the owner or handler agrees that they:
- Accept full responsibility for the care, supervision, and behavior of their dog.
- Assume all risks associated with bringing their dog onto park property.
- Are financially responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their dog.
- Agree to comply with all posted park rules and instructions from Fun Spot team members.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the park without refund.

We love dogs, and throughout the year we host special dog-friendly events, including favorites like Paws & Pints and the Florida Wiener Dog Derby. Be sure to check our Events Calendar and social media channels for upcoming dates and details.

Does Fun Spot provide water bowls?
Water fountains are available throughout the park, but we recommend bringing a portable water bowl and water for your pet, particularly during Florida’s warmer months.
Fun Spot reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Management has sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing this policy. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property.
