Fun Spot America Theme Parks is pleased to announce Cecelia Snyder as Fun Spot America Atlanta’s, Director of Food and Beverage. Snyder brings more than 30 years of diverse experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, and amusement industries. Most recently she worked as Director of Food and Beverage, Retail and Games at Idlewild & Soak Zone, a Palace Entertainment Theme Park/ Water Park property located in Ligonier, PA.

Snyder began her career with the Marriot Corporation as a General Manager of a full-service restaurant. From there she moved to Idlewild Theme Park as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and continued to work her way up for the following 31 years. She is a proud recipient of Palace Entertainments Highest Award of Excellence. In addition, she has been awarded and recognized for outstanding Food and Beverage Specification Compliance, Health and Sanitation Policies and Corporate Directiveness.

Fun Spot America Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Albert Cabuco said “Cecelia was one of the best Food & Beverage Directors who he has worked with. She has been very consistent in controlling her food and labor costs and has always met or exceeded her profit goals.”
Cecelia will assist Cabuco and Fun Spot America’s Corporate Chef Terry Reis in implementing exciting new Food and Beverage concepts at the rapidly growing park. Along with assisting, she will be building her own Food and Beverage management team.
